I cant believe its mid August already.
What a great Summer we have had here in the UK - the weather has been great, and so were the Edinburgh games and Wimbledon for those who followed the sporting events.
I wanted to start this months blog with an update on Dazzle and the leaps forward the company has made over the year.
Both my team and I have been hard at work to enhance our customer experience. This for me is crucial as the customer is at the centre of what we do and how we move forward. The improvements have included, faster shipping, quicker e-mail response times and international shipping to Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the United States all for a flat rate of £8.95. As well as this, we have reduced the cost of 100's of lines.
Dazzle offers a huge selection of party and gift products and some products only licensed to the UK market. This has a real advantage to our overseas customers as some products and ranges are not available in their country and with fast and competitive delivery options being available it really helps makes theirs or their child's party.
In the next few weeks, our exciting Halloween and Christmas Party lines will be available and on sale for those of you who are way too organised. Here is a sneak pick of a Halloween Range!!
